We have GOODWAY GLS 200 CNC machine and want to adjust the zero point the turret .... but the problem is when we try changing relay No. 7 bit No. 5 to 1 (Turret JOG Mode) a message appear "write protected" and the value of the bit never changes to 1. can anyone help me with this problem...thanks

I know the Instructions
1- Keep-relay No. 7 bit No. 5 must be 1 (Turret JOG Mode)
2- Change to Handle Mode
3- Feed HOLD + Spindle STOP
4- The turret will unclamp
5- Click on the +X and -X to rotate the Turret

My problem is at step number 5 cuz the turret doesn't rotate

So how did you able to fix this problem?? because I'm currently in the same situation.

if the turret is not rotating it means that or is not unclamped by hydraulic cilinder or is unclamp but the sensor that should see it ,is not working.
check in diagnose the input for the sensor if it is going from 0 to 1,if not,try to adjust the sensor or replace it if is broken.

the turret will rotate only if the cnc see the senor for unclamp in 1 position ,otherwise will not rotate.

it turned out that the batteries where died and i need to replace them then index the turret if anyone needs the order of operation to do this i have it now as i could not find it in the book so just post if you need help with this problem
