    takisawa cnc lathe with 6t system

    Hi, I am wondering if anyone can help me out. I have a Takisawa TS- 20 CNC Lathe with 6t Fanuc system. From last few days i am facing problems with my machine. I get message "not ready" on the CRT. Machine works some times and suddenly then shows this message. Mostly it happens when it changes the tool. Even if we try to restart, the "Prdy" light comes on for few Milli seconds and then disappears. the Hydraulics system is working fine. We try to change the servo drives, but the problem remains the same.

    Could anyone help me out please. AM really stuck up.

    Dear Sir,
    There is emg limit switch in takisawa turret. So kindly check the same.
