    Question How to measure correct tool offset specially in X axis for a DRILL in CNC LATHE

    Hi friends

    I am new to this profession, making regular general programs for CNC lathe
    Experiencing problem in measuring correct tool offset for a drill.
    I tried, but it is eccentric.
    Can anyone help to guide me through the process.

    Measuring correct tool offset?
    I just tram them in with an indicator and call that X 0
    May need more information.
