I have a DMC-4040 motion control module with software CD (paid 200$ )
Some of the software on the Galil CD are password Protected
I would appreciate if somebody would supply a password for the active-x toolkit that is optional when purchasing this Galil module.
software cost 800$ and don't want to spend that amount of money.
I am only using this board for fun and hobby

You can use the controller fully without the active X toolkit. It just might take a little more effort.

I have worked on some older Galil controllers before and needed to switch the controller over to a new computer with new software. Even though the original setup used the toolkit, Galil would not give it to me to use on the new computr. You have to be the original purchaser for them to give it to you.
