Hi,
I'm new to this international cnczone site.
I decided to address my problem here since the dutch cnczone-members can't help me out.
I bought a 1phase 220v Fuling DZB200B inverter along with a highspeed 3ph spindel. the motorplate on the spindel indicates:
Φ 80*215 220v 2.2KW
8A 400HZ 24.000 RPM
it's a watercooled 80mm china-made spindel (...).
at the inverter I entered the following menu entries:
full reset (before I did this it was running just fine! stupid me...)
F1-01 rated power of motor (2.200 w)
F1-02 rated frequency of motor (400Hz)
F1-03 rated speed of motor (24000 rpm)
F1-04 rated voltage of motor (220v)
F1-05 rated current of motor (8A)
so far so good, but I have to fil out some more stuff and I don't understand all off that. it's the Φ 80*215 part I don't understand but has something to do with resistance I guess... (edit: it's the spindels diameter and length hahaha. found out just 2 min's ago!)
still leaves me with the question how to determine the following:
F1-06 motor stator resistance (Ohm)
F1-07 motor rotor inductance (Ohm)
F1-08 motor stator/rotor inductance (mH)
F1-09 mutual inductance of motor stator/rotor (mH)
F1-10 no load current (A)
at this moment the motor spins, but makes a strange noise and isn't running smoothly. it also gives error code E0004 and E0006: current related errors. probably because I did'n adjust the F1-06 > F1-10. makes sense, right?
any help is very much appreciated and for those would like to give it a try: the manual of the inverter can be found at the above link.
thanks in advance and grtz from Holland.
(yep, the queen is still alive... :wave
