Way to take gcode for one axis and mirror it for another axis?

I have a 4 axis machine (dual cutting heads) and I'm trying to figure out how to mirror gcode from the Z axis to also be used by the W axis in the same cnc file. Any tools/utilities out there that can take the gcode file and copy everything z does to this W axis?
Normally I'd edit by hand but the gcode is about 12K lines per program.

    Hi,
I think you will need to edit your post processor to add a W axis command everytime it outputs a Z command, I'm not sure how to do that but I know it will work. I have a waterjet machine with two independent cutting heads Z and W and the post processor does this. Mark...
    If in doubt ask!

Some machines are capable of Mirror Image, it depends on the type of machine what G code it is.
