    Citizen M32

    recieving ex509 alarm, clutch not properly engaged. i have followed the steps in the manual but still cannot get the turret to comlete a tool change.

    Have you zero returned the turret?

    quite simple really you have to do is remove the turret cover find and adjust the clutch location to the cam then adjust the proxy sensors for the clutch and rack and finally re teach the turret its location in the parameter screen

    NO NO NO NO!!!
    Call Citizen and they will send you a proceedure to reference the turret and it will be fine. No manual adjustments, just a step by step method will solve it for you.

    You are correct do not adjust the switches
    If the procedure from Citizen will not work the span ring on the last gear has moved
