Made a short video today of some brass being turned on the PCNC 1100. I played with some feed speeds and got the cycle time down to a really good improvement as compared to the first time I did this.

All done with Notepad, and it took a loooong time. I wish there was an easier way with CAD/CAM or something, maybe there is, but I don't know of it. But once it is setup it works great.

Well.... it is a nice set-up for that part. I imagine it would be easy to modify it now for other parts that are roughly the same.

Just a tip, if you record a LCD monitor adjust your shutter speed to compensate the interlacing (black bars).
