I just wanted to publicly thank Geckodrive for their excellent service on their products. I bought a G540 back in July and through not carefully reading the FAQs damage my X-axis driver. It was suggested I send it in for repair by Mariss. I sent it in and no less then a week and a half later I had a fed-ex at my door with the connector fixed.
No charge for the repair, much thanks
I had been fretting that you hadn't got the package yet because Canada post tracking said it had just got into the States and not actually received. So I guess my only comment would be an email just saying you received the package. Then again it was gone and back again much faster then I would of believed.
So again to those of you on the fence as to if you should buy a Gecko or another brand. Know that you get proper service here.
