I have my new mill up and running and I got my computer communicating with the Dynapath Delta 20 controler via the RS232. I can get the machine to load a program from the laptop, but when it gets to the last line of code the machine does not complete the program load and is still in the load program state. Is there a G or M code that needs to go at the end of the program to tell the controller the program has completed.

I had a similar problem when my communication settings weren't quite right. Its been a while, but I think the baud rate was set incorrectly. You might try slowing it down to see if that doesn't help. Also, to get your post better exposure you might try the dynapath forum.

I have no problem send and recieve to Delta10 and 20, the last line in the program there was a word "END" , and I'm using Winpro DNC as communication program

problem solved. I removed all the spaces from the posting as well as all the comments. After that the program loaded sucessfully.
