We have bought used MORI SEKI MV-40 year 1990 with FANUC MF-M4
but we didn't recieve any technical documentation (operation manual, inspection and maintence manual , electrical system ,.etc )

If anyone have some of that books, please contact me

What model Fanuc?? O, 3, 6, 10, 11 etc.

It should say on the front of the control. If not there should be a sticker in the power cabinet stating the serial number and model control.

hey guys

I am trying to find the machine technical documentation(specification, operation manual, inspection and maintence manual , electrical system ,.etc )
for MORI SEKI MV-40 so if someone is willing to share please reply

I am willing to pay for hard coping on paper or pdf and for postal or similar expenses or even BUY THEM

also it would be very helpful if anybody has a registered machine with(at) "Mori", that way maybe he can ask them (Mori) for the manuals.
I am asking this because there is no Local supplier near my country, the nearest is in Slovenija and it would cost me 2000 euros just to register the machine...

It doesnt have to be the exactly the same machine registered i think that any machine of the series MORI SEKI MV-(35/40/45/55/65...) would do the job to extract the manuals from "Mori", that is if someone is willing to help me

the documentation of old and used machines is often lost so it would be appreciated a lot if this forum also helps us to connect each other in order to find the missing documentation

you wont find any Mori manuals in pdf for older Mori controls.
a generic Fanuc 21i-M manual is available......

We had purchased a second hand MORI SEKI MV40 machine. I have entered parameters of MV 40 B but machine still has some issue. Please send me with parameter list for comparing also KEEP RELAY and counter details if available. Manuals would also be helpful. I am unable to resolve this issue since three weeks now. M40 from 1986-2002, too many models of that machine. some had yasnac MX1 through I80, Fanuc from 11M to 21i.

Good morning John. I know it's been a while since you sent them there info. I had a problem with a mv-40 o co trill and lost all the parameters. I got most of them in but lost all the 900 ones also. No tool cutter comp and the offset page was 4 pages long with tool diam wear and stuff but that is all gone. Any thoughts would help. Thank you.
