    Robot Milling

The rapid prototyping robotized cells are the RED Technologies solution for 3D modeling, milling and cutting based on industrial robots. The high reliability and flexibility of industrial robots are reflected in: high productivity, integrated management of more technological processes, reduced maintenance costs.

The machine can be programmed as a classic CNC machine. A CAD / CAM system allows the 3D piece modeling and the generation of the working program. These are then imported into a 3D simulation environment, Eureka, to check and manage robot movements and to translate CAM program in robot language. Reduces downtime: the programming is carried out while the machine is productive.

There are available several hardware solutions depending on the working area and the material to mill.
