I am new to this. I had thought about doing this a while back when I seen an ad for plasma cam. I am contracting in Iraq right now and after this turn in September I will have around 25k to startup a business. I have alot of questions and would like to know of a direction to go. What is the best cnc plasma machine to start with? Could this type of business indeed be started for 25k? What other equipment would one need to get started? I plan on going to some Auctions to find alot of the equipment, and to find a used cnc. Also, I seen on here that alot of people build their own cnc machines, would this be a viable option? Thanks for any help

CNC plasma is simple, you can learn...learn...learn... day by day. I prefer to make it, you know how it works because you have learn a lot. When somebody shooting your cnc till broken into pieces, you can repair it or make a better one. This is what I did. 25k is alot if you can make it.
