    reset emergency stop

    I have an OM control and I cant get the emergency stop to reset any ideas?

    Depends on the MTB.
    Over travel limits, Air pressure switch, door interlocks.
    Schematics and ladder screen are a big help.

    Twist the emergency stop knob so it will unlock.

    I'm sure u tried the estop... So I would have to agree that your more than likely in a hard overtravel situation so use the emergency release and machine Rdy button together

    I wish that was it. I didn't hit the button it went into emergency stop because it over traveled. It is sending the X axis the wrong direction when I home it

    Have you checked the home limit is not stuck down/on?
    If you now have it homing.

    You are The Man thanks that was it I didn't think about that but I did use the "machine is down" excuse to get in a round of golf and a days fishing

    thats because you have a parameter set wrong for homing direction
