Go to Config > Spindle Pulleys and increase the max rpm and the message will disappear.

Ger, Im just testing out Mach trying to get a feel for it and I too am getting this same message. However I dont see "Spindle Pulleys" under config. I do see "Calibrate Spindle" and I have changed those numbers a bunch of times but it keeps defaulting for some reason.

I don't have Mach3 here, but under the Config menu, there should be a "Spindle Pulleys" listed. What version of Mach3?

Why are you testing a version that was released about 7 years ago??? That's why you can't find the pulley option.

Wow had no idea it was that old of a version. I got it along with some cad and other software I bought off a friend a couple years ago and thought at the time it was the current version. So I knew it was a couple of years old but not 7!! LOL
At any rate it runs fine on my system. No problems that I have seen so far so Im going to keep it until that changes.
