    Glue / tape seems like the only way to go with these parts. Any other way and you'll get a nice burr at the end of the cutter path, along with a side dish of chatter marks all around.

    You should make the frog out of thin plexi, polish it...now that would look cool. The skeletal ice frog

    not that it'd be much fun to go through the whole process but I wonder if it would work to embed the brass sheet in parafin, and then mill the parafin block.

    Actually I was giving that some thought, the plexi part

    Glue seems the simpilist.

    Owen the wax is an interesting soultion that I will try to remember.
