    dr signal off alarm

    i am trying to send programs back and forth btween my puma 160 and a computer. every time i try it alarms and says dr signal off. any ideas?

    DR (data ready) usually refers to a RS232 hardware handshake signal in the input connector.

    Pins 6, 8, and 20 must be jumpered on the CNC end. If not, you'll get DR signal off.
