    OKUMA 4-AXIS ISSUE.

    Hello All,

How do I disable one of (2) double drives(BLII-D) on a Okuma lr-15 with a 5020L control. I cant get to the parameters because of the alarm 65 on the control. Just want to run one turret with the good drive is all.

    Thank you in advance

    WT

it is about OSP specification code correction. You need to ask Okuma representative about that.
This lathe is not 4-axis. Just double turret. Turret A maybe with M-tool function.

Unhappy THNAKS Algirdas FOR THE REPLY.

BUT, THIS LATHE IS 4 AXIS. HOW DO I GET PAST THE ALARM CODE 65 SO I CAN GET TO THE PARAMETERS. THIS MACHINE NEVER FINISHES BOOTING, AND GOES RIGHT INTO ALARM 65.

Sorry, my mistake about 4 axis. I know only one machine of that kind. Your's is different. "code 65" gives no glue about alarm on boot. You can boot up OSP with emergency stop activated in case, if there is no SVP error.
CPU, bus and communication errors also brake boot up process.
