Just trying draw some attention to one of the problems affecting my build and potentially many UK builders.

I have been told and now know from a days worth of researching that 6mm thick cold rolled steel is not produced in the UK.

3mm is the apparent standard.

So I was think to just buy double what I need and just bolt them together maybe to achieve the 6mm.

Has any one tried this out before?

Dont think this is correct and i think i know a man who has got some or did get some, i will enquire for you.
There may be a possibilty that he would want to sell it.? . . . I will send you a pm explaining why.?
