Each assembly has 2 pieces. I need 2 assemblies for a total count of 4 pieces.
The picture attached was rendered in Solidworks 2010. The picture to the right of it was a 3D printing prototype done on a 3D printer-Maker Bot. The Maker bot prototype was simply a demo test to make sure the concept worked. The white piece to the left of the red printed assembly is 1 of 2 old supports, which the new red assemblies will replace.
The piece needs to be accurate as possible. A rep-rap or mendal is not accurate enough. I need a commercial 3D printer to tackle this job, of maybe someone is tricky enough to make it on a mill? It must be ABS or a softer plastic equivalent. No metallic surfaces such as metals, etc.
I figured i would see if anyone can tackle this.
Thank you!
(the entire assembly is in the ballpark range of 2"x2")
Attached are both the solidworks part files, and assembly. If anyone would like a different file type please message me.
