I am programming a B axis which is capable of feeding at 5,400 degrees per minute. But I can only program F999. I cannot find a parameter that controls the number of F digits. Can any one help?

What model of FANUC CNC is used?
16-M
Try setting parameter 1404.2 (3rd bit from the right) = 1 to extend the commanded feedrate.
Thanks. I will try
I tried that and still got the 003 Too Many Digits.
So I tried programming the F word without a decimal and it worked.
I set 1404.2 back to 0 and it still works now.
Thank you for your assistance
I had a similar problem on an 18i-MB. It was fitted with one of the new Direct Drive Rotary 4th axis capable of 250 RPM. I ended up programming in metric to get past the 4 didn't issue. Fanuc said they would look into it, but nothing every came of it.
Hope you find a solution.

I once had to use inverse time to feed fast with a rotary. G94? I forget... but figure out how long, say, 5 seconds, program F(1/5) or F.2 It will take 5 secs to get there.
