We have just brought online a Retrosystems cnc plasma cutter complete with a hypertherm plasma. The table is built by Retrosystems, and the plasma, obviously by hypertherm.

This morning, I was working to install the Pro Nest software on a dedicated computer for programming the machine. The machine has a "terminal" with basic programming features, but we want the "entire suite" installed on the second computer. My problems is that I am unable to output to CNC. After investigating, there is no postprocesser defined. On top of that, when I go to the page to define the postprocessor there is no options available. I am told in the manual to (a) select the cutting process, then (b) define what postprocessor to use. I am unable to do that during installation of the software or during configuration afterwards.

I do not feel that there is a liscensing issue as this is a new copy of the software. I will call tech support on monday, but any ideas of what to try in advance would be great.

Thank you

Dan
