    BCC Support levels

    So BCC calls, yet again wanting to sell me more support. If I buy level 3 support, it will get my questions and issues addressed faster than those without level 3 support. WTF is that? I will only have level 1. And I will call and email thru the ticket system until I get answers. I will never expect an answer fast, after all the support staff only know their product, and they really seem to assure me they have no manufacturing experiance. But I think I have finally given up on BCC supporting turn/mills. After all its only an area that EVERY machine tool builder and software copmany is investing R&D, time and money into.

    We bought level 3 support. It has been a day and a half and no word back about my issue. Huh?

    Level three support. 8 days into waiting for a post mod. How can this be acceptable?

    Is that how long you have been waiting?

    I thought level 3 was the "super special support level", and per Autumn, I am suppose to get a call back within 10 mins.

    I do not mind it anymore. I have accepted this is how it is, and that is how the company and sales dept operates. It is ok, cause they will continue to sell and move product. I will stop there.
