    Mitsubishi Meldas M50 error code S01-0020

    Mitsubishi Meldas M50 error code S01-0020

    hello
    my problem is these message


    servo alarm r 0020 x
    emg emergency srv

    1002 z axis break off
    1004 servo alarm
    1027 axıs ampfile error


    I turn off my machine and went to my home. When I came in the next day , I saw these messages. I attached pictures of alarm messages .please help me
