    issues with install - java

    trying to install the alibre design 12.1 trial. its complaining I already have java installed and it doesn't like my version; the install then quits. Whats up with this? is there a way around it? since when does an application not let you have other versions of java installed? for all it cares I can have 20 different flavors, and alibre can still install its own and use it.

    anyone run into this?

    Go to the Java website....

    http://www.java.com/en

    ....And download/install the latest Java version.

    Uninstall older Java.
