    6RB20 SERVO SYSTEM NOT READY

    servo system voltage opening and V155 green led is on. after 63 and 64 input when "1" V155 green led is off. and V156 red fault led always off. on the axes cards V318 led's off but K27 ready relay not working.

    on 6RB system there is one board as power supply G0 - on this board there is Green LED , that means power ready but not enable , after enable happen ( 63-64) if every things ready no LED must be light up .

    try to put a low volt in 56-14 such as 0.5 volt DC and check what happen ,..
    check motor and cable , check the resistor between power board N1 ...Nn
    and let me know what kind of control and machine yo have problems

    clean up all board and retide all connection on this modles of siemens drive always use full ,

    i need more information on this fault , then i can help you , whats the control alarm ?

    ok thanks so much. we changed power supply unit and problem is gone..
