Does anyone have a copy of the service manual for a 1990 vintage VF 1? I found the 1996 version online but I'd like to get an earlier version to print out and keep with the machine. I have the link to the '96 version if anyone is interested.

You are referring to the service manual and not the machine manual correct? If you are, the service manuals generally cover all machines up to that particular year.

Found one (thanks to Ken Foulks from HAAS Automation). The old machines don't use the hydraulic counterbalance and the new manual doesn't cover the counterweight system.
