    Where I can find aluminum spoil board for CNC Laser Cutting?

    When I use plastic spoil board it's catch fire. Where I can find aluminum spoil board for CNC Laser Cutting?

    Go to mcmastercarr.com. Enter "honeycomb". You will have to epoxy it to something to keep it level. I used a 1/2" sheet of BB plywood or a sheet of aluminum. Make sure there is no warpage.

    Use excessive amounts of Aluminum foil if your really in need

    You can use Al angle laying on it's side like a pyramid. I use this all the time and it's much cheaper than the honeycomb. I have about 30 pieces that cost me about $40 all up. Just lay it across the table as far apart as you need to.

    This is my 'home made' cutting solution for acrylic parts to avoid reflections spoiling the underside of the part (always makes Viktor smile when I post a picture of this) the base is glass, which absorbs CO2 without reflection and the slats are from an old, metal venetian blind (made a little jig to form them into that shape).

    I used my laser to cut a plywood frame. The frame sides had curved slots and into these I inserted alu slats out a venetian blind. Cost me less than £20 to make.
