Absolute position data lost ATC Matrix VCN 510C

    hi

The problem is that the battery of the MR-J2-60ct ATC was consumed and lost the absolute system. errors 302

I did the procedure and recovery of absolute system, of the ATC

    In the unit MR-J2-60ct ATC: errors are Z0 02 and M1 01

apparently there is a communication error between the PC and the drive amplifier MR-J2-60ct, I think that's the problem.

I hope you can help me, thanks

When exactly do you get the write error...when you're trying to restore the position or at start-up??
If it's when you're trying to write, perhaps you have the write protect signals on.
Put the drive in Test Operation and then minimize the window. This should release the write protect signal.

Power off/on the main breaker TWICE.

when executing dog-type reference point, the zero point return speed is too fast or the dog length is too short.

    lower the zero point speed.
