Thumbs up Fanuc OT Servo Alarms

Hope some one can help. Got a fanuc OT that keeps giveing me 401 servo alarm and 414 servo alarm. Machine is in fresh air and no contct is made with anything when these alarms occur? Can anyone shed any light on what could be causing this? the 401 does have (VRDY) after it. Is this something connecting with the door interlock?
