    syil xp5 trigger limit switch

    hello
I have a syil xp5 linear. I had to take the machine into parts because of clearane in the z-spindel and some other mecanical problems with the y-axis.

I have now limit switch trigger during runnig a program in mach3 and need some idea how to trace the error. It is always in different nc-records. The machine and spinel stops. I supose it is some electrical problem. If somebody had some similar problem thanks for a reply.

it maybe a problem with the ground, check the back of the machine and veryfy the ground is OK. You can also try putting 500 as the debounce interval in the general settings it helps with noise.

    Good Luck!

Goto Config - General Config - and look at upper right corner for debounce interval
