[FAST LS1]

Anyone have one of these that they can comment on?
We currently have 3 CNC machining centers and 3 wire machines making die sections out of steel. I'm looking into a waterjet to take some work off of the wire mahinces that doesn't require that level of precision.

No experience with the Maxiem line, but the true Omax line is a great machine. From what I have seen on the Maxiem machines, they went with some lower cost hardware to get the cost of these machines down a little. Customer service is second to none.

Mate we have a omax 80160 and its fantastic. Great costumer support. Software is also great.

We bought a Maxiem waterjet and it hasnt ran correctly since we got it. We had it installed by omax, the installer(also trainer) showed us what all of the pressures should be at, and he couldn't get them right. He finally left frustrated and since then we have been blowing out pieces almost daily. Not your normal consumables either, stuff that they say shouldnt ever go out has been going out constantly. They have covered nothing under "warranty". Do not recommend. Josh
