Fanuc 11M...Is there a way to get Tool change Parameter if losing one?

I just recently got this SHODA NCB-193C CNC 3 axis with 16 ATC.
X/Y/Z and spindles work ok.

But nothing in Parameter for TOOL CHANGE.
our tech service said...without parameter...there is no way to get it working.

We do not have any manuals, but just testing each TOOL change function...they work individually.

Any advice?

What happens when you try to do a tool change by programming a T()M6? There may be a PMC parameter that is set for the tool in the spindle and the tool change pocket but not always. Do you have a tool change macro program? If so can you post it?

Which parameter page is all 0's. PMC, NC, timers, counters etc. There are a lot of parameters in the machine so you have to be a bit more specific. I ass u me that it’s not the NC because your machine is functioning. It is probably your PMC parameters but you have to keep in mind a lot of these are going to be blank. Without the MTB manual this could be a bit of a task.

So again what does your machine do when you try to program a tool change via M6?? Do you have a tool change macro?? It would probably be in the 9000 program number range.
