Fanuc 10tf, Axis Torque Alarm, mem Z axis Alarm, already changed Z drive and motor?

Figured I would start a new thread, as the old one was somewhat off track.

This is what I find in the ladder, and by on and off, I mean on is lighted up as white, and off is just regular green.

    R102.0 ALARM ON
    R283.0 HYD PRESS NORMAL off
    R283.1 HYD PRESS ABNORM off
    R283.2 AIR PRESS NORM off
    R283.3 AIR PRESS ABNORM off
    R283.6 LACK OF LUBE off
    R400.0 MOTORS ALARM off
    R400.1 BREAKERS TRIPPED off
    R400.0 MOTORS ALARM off
    R400.1 BREAKERS TRIPPED off
    R400.0 MOTORS ALARM off
    R400.1 BREAKERS TRIPPED off
    R400.0 MOTORS ALARM off
    R400.1 BREAKERS TRIPPED off
    R400.2 SP MOTOR ALM off
    R400.3 AXIS TORQUE ALM ON
    R400.4 PRESSURE ALM off
    R400.5 LACK OF LUBE off
    R400.6 Q-SETTER ALM off
    R400.7 TOOLS USED UP off
R401.0 MEM X AXIS TORQUE ALM Off
R401.1 MEM Z AXIS ALM ON
    R401.2 CENTRE ALM off

What shall I do now, I have changed the Z axis drive and the drive motor. What should I look for now? I am also getting a Z axis slow limit switch error. I have checked the switch, with a continuity tester, and checked the terminals at the switch, and that all checks out, but I cannot clear that alarm either. Anyone know where to check now?

Here are some photos of the ladder

Here is also a vid of the ladder, notice how they go from on and off really fast?

just look on your ladder, you might have somewhere on the line of the coil of R401.1 , a keep relay and you need to set it to zero manualy .
It is a safety system frequently used on wasino lathe and lot of others MTB .

Also R400.3 which only Tells you There is the
torque alarm but more the axis, and the
