    Question 414 SERVO ALARM

    Help me please,
My CNC is Fanuc 18M router machine.
When i turn on power. The machine has an error 414 SERVO ALARM. X,Y,Z axis detect error. I think that is lower DC voltage.
I see the led on main power is 02
    00 is ready
    -- is not ready
    ## is number code
Can you help me? How is the 02 code?

cant remember what 414 is, but Fanuc have good maintenance manuals so you should find one for your machine and read it.

    Attachment 205076
    "2" low voltage
if your drive is A06B-6066-Hxxx check circuit breaker inside the drive and of course all power connections (R, S, T)
if incoming voltage is OK, then it's needed to check PCB inside the drive

I had a similar alarm on my Haas we replaced the vector drive and that solved the problem.

the DC wires are too thick to be bad, besides you may measure DC voltage on incoming terminals L+ L-
step 1: measure DC voltage. is it OK?
no -> the fault is searched, think what to do further
yes -> go to step 2
step 2: swap control cables between axes. the fault moves to another axis?
yes -> the drive or motor is faulty. think what to do further
no -> the problem is not in drive. think what to do further

tell what type of axis control card is being used?

Fanuc service says the DC Link voltage must be between 370 to 400 VDC .

if your SVM has index "HV" his input DC is 600VDC
    if not - 300V

I think your DC is OK
