    Need help with saw selection

I am looking for a saw upgrade. I am currently cutting various sizes of solid 6061 up to 2" x 3", using a portable bandsaw on a stand. I will be cutting 4-500 per month. I would like something more accurate than a band saw, and would like something on the fast side. Manual is ok. I would like to keep it under $ 2000 if possible and 220 Single power. I have seen a lot of videos, but very few cutting solid aluminum. Some personal experience would also be helpful.

    Thanks.

don't have experience with 6061. For aluminum alloys we use high speed disk saw with (sharp) diamond edges. It's 60 000RPM. The disk is special one - with thermocompensation. You can try to find the one used for that price.
I guess it is worth, disk isn't weared during 8 years. We cut steel sometimes, too.

Yes, the same design, same table. The saw diameter is much smaller. The one on the picture has no thermocompensation. Suppose, 12000 RPM is the limit for such
