I saw a idiot on utube making some parts , it was a big router but I feel bad for his safety running the machine.
the link is [nomedia="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zezya1fOius&feature=related"]YouTube - CNC Routing With A Cute Dog[/nomedia]
reason I brought it up was the router.
I want one , man it looks like a blast to run.
    but safety sucks.

I also want a router that will cut Aluminum parts, it has to have a 90 degree head that goes 360 degree spin around.

How can I control the "c access" or the spindle like I'm taping a hole?
But not taping a hole but in a spiro without a ramp?
basically turn with a single point tool.
I can M19 to lock the spindle location, but I am told that it does not lock in the same place each time.

AND I want to machine drill on all "X" and "Y" sides, and top and bottom.

    I want it all.

And as well as the user above I to want to convert photos to cnc code.

I downloaded a program named SimplyCam at MR Soft software tools
it does what you want , but a Old version of mastercam 9.1 had a import of raster files and all kinds of converters to do what you want.
Download a demo of 9.1 around 250mb , you can see if it works for you.

I made all kinds of planks on a non z anxious machine that did from pitures off the internet.
