    Smile Power Mate

    Dear All

    I have 2nd lathe machine now any trouble in power mate.
    In power mate appears alarm 412.
    I don't now what can I do, because I don't have manual book for power mate.
    We need manual book for power mate D..
    If can, please send to my email.

    If that powermate lost it's memory-you have a big problem man. Been down that road before.Not good...

    parameters should be backed up regularly. many people miss these ones though and they are simple to save you set a number inside the pmm and it dictates a 80-- number program to save them to the control then you can copy them out of the machine. i believe the 412 alarm is overcurrent off the top of my head but get a copy of the beta series manuals and they will cover what you are needing

    We already change motor without position coder and power mate unit alarm still appear.

    Powermate alarm 412

    Hi All,

    We are stuck with a problem in NTC VMC. Powermate displays alarm 412. We could not find details about this alarm in powermate documents. I am wondering if some one had faced similar issue. Please help if any one know solution for this problem.

    The 412 alarm is caused by an overcurrent alarm in the beta amp. Descriptions can be found in beta with io link maintenance manual. Check motor windings and obstructions if it is turret rotation motor then verify clamp unclamp is working properly.
