Adding a new tool to the inventory

I run RhinoCam Pro and have found the need to create a new tool that is not in inventory. Specifically a ground radius milling cutter so that I can cut an convex arc into the edge of a circle while mounted flat in the machine.

This is the tool I'm looking too use.

    Any ideas?

Well it looks like a lollypop mill will do the job. Now I have it built in the inventory but can't get it to appear in 3 axis. Any suggestions?
