I performed ABS posotion repair in MRJ2 unit for pallet changer in Mazak FH6800 machining center. Now my table position for z axis is changed. Pls provide guidance how to rectify the error in position of table.

I performed ABS posotion repair in MRJ2 unit for pallet changer in Mazak FH6800 machining center. Now my table position for z axis is changed. Pls provide guidance how to rectify the error in position of table.

open the MRJ2 software.
open the parameter display
read the parameter
open test operation display
(in mazatrol unclamp table)
in test operation move the table in the correct posicion.
for the new zero, select (absolute position inicial set)
push origin set
push normal rot
the table will move and stop. and it takes the new zero.

(clamp table)
an move the table at zero point in MDI.
review the Zero.

Dear mantenim, the procedure given by you seems to be for position of table rotation i.e. B axis while i need for position of Z axis. you can help in this regard. Thanks
