    Hi all,

Looking for the spindle assembly drawing for Mori SV500/40.

Actually the spindle is not holding the tool and seems like the collet is not opening.

If the collet is not opening, most likely need to bleed the Tool unclamp Cylinder. It's a air over oil system that is closed loop during automatic tool change. If the tool is pulling out, then you need to change the springs/collet. The unclamp cylinder has a small black block sticking out, that has a small tube pressed in and a socket head screw with a lock nut. Put the machine in MDI mode, then open the valve till all the air comes out. Tighten the cap screw (closing the valve) then go to manual and try. You may have to do it several times.
