Post Chinease ball screws an linear rails

    Hallo

I am going to build my very first cnc router table.
I was looking for ball screws and linear rails. My table dimensions will be around 1000 x 1200mm.
I found linearmotionbearing2008 (chai) on ebay which offers really cheap prices - but i dont know if they are good

I´ve already read the tread here in the zone about his screws, and all reviewd that these screw arent the best but very good.
I got price from him for one 1250mm ballscrew (endmachined) with nut (16mm) and 5mm Pitch. Total with nuthousing and bearing blocks is 140 USD
    the ballscrew itself is 54usd

I asked him about the accracy from the ball srew - he answerd that they are Precision rolled, class 7 accuracy; JIS (0.050/300mm) (0.002"/12") that means that i have only 0,2mm accuracy on 1200mm total lenth

So know i am not sure if that would be a good deal.
Is March3 able to correct that devation from the screw?

    Hope you can help me

No, Mach3 would not be able to compensate for deviations along different sections of the screw, if that's what your asking. I doubt that the screw would be off the maximum amount over the entire length anyhow, but even at .2mm, that's accurate enough for even the most demanding woodwork, I would think.

I know you've already read some about linearmotionbearing2008, but I'll throw in my $.02 anyway.

thank you for your good reply!

    - Yes thats for what i was asking.

No I´ve just read the feedback here in the zone and everybode was very happy with these screws.
Thank you for the link - i hadnt found that before.
He says in the review that the endmachining wasn´t done correctly
and the bearing blocks were very bad quality.
But he also says nothing bad about the screws themselves - right?
He proofs that there is no measureable backlash at all.

I could buy the bearing blocks anywhere else - that doesnt matter at the moment.

Does anyone else have written a review about the screws?
What about the linear rails? What do you think?

My machine will be constructed to also handle Aluminium in small amounts - i would want to reach at least a accuracy of 0.1mm

    - so should I buy these screws? (without the bearing blocks)

    Best regards,
    Max

    ok good - thx
so the lead accuracy isnt a problem, if it is too high, because it can be corrected by software.

So what about the linear rails? are these from chai good and will they overstay aluminium milling?
