    CFM requirement

Can someone give us some direction concerning vacuum pumps. We are upgrading our router with vacuum hold down. We'll be doing mostly acrylics up to 50mm, mostly 12mm or less. and full sheets without gasketing. It seems CFM is key. We estimate that after a sheet of material is completely routed there will be 10% to 20% open area (vacuum loss). How much CFM should the pump generate to overcome this loss and ensure absolutely no part loss due to moving parts. Thanks in advance guys.
