Under what situation this alarm comes on, at start-up, during a certain axis movement or after 10 minutes of milling or turning? My Tsugami had an over current alarm which ended up being a parameter that was changed to make the machine LESS PRONE to alarm but did the exact opposite, so after 5 minutes it would always alarm out. We reset the original parameter and it's worked since- some 30,000 parts... Of course FANUC charged me $2300 to retype this parameter in!
