Polishing Aluminum using Burr King Vibra King 40

Hey guys, I do alot of aluminum cutting...mainly 1016 aluminum or mic 6 plate. I have a burr king vibra king 40 that i use to de burr parts in, but i ordered some corn cob and walnut shells because I read that you can polish parts in the machine using that media. Right now, time isn't a issue - i've read it can take up to 10 hours. Anybody have any pointers before I give it a shot?

    Thanks for your time

(Aluminum) Plastic media works real good to remove Burrs,
with flow thur water and soap.

then corn cob with ruse the white for finishing DRY (i spelled wrong?)
or wheat, walnut shell, all with metal polish DRY (works for stainless steel also)
get some 5 Star metal polish in the can (2 pints?) it works great. Pink

12 hours for small machine and my 2.5 cubic foot is <1 hour
rule: bigger machine bigger media fast cutting grit = fastest
its all about the pressure on part to cutter(media)
and always rinse after use or the media will "Glaze"
and settle in tank making life crappy.

    I have a few more questions...Should I do this in a process?

    Example.
Take the part out of the machine, and use the media to de-burr the part in the vibraking. Then take out the media that "de-burr's" and put in the walnut/corn cob shells and let it do its thing?

    Unless you have 2 machines.
Its a lot of in/out, with one machine.
some people try to "mix" the media, and screw up the whole process.
