    SELECTING MULTIPLE LETTERS IN RHINOCAM

I am brand new to RhinoCam, I work in our school's workshop and am very inexperienced with our 3-axis CNC.

I need to v-carve out a lot of text out of a sheet of mdf and am having to spend hours selecting each individual letter.

Does anyone have a solution? What specifications should the font have? Is there no way to select multiple letters in a similar way I can select multiple regions?

    Thanks!

ps If you have a solution, consider me the ultimate beginner, I would love step by step instructions on how to do this efficiently!

    Multible Selection

    Hello

i have faced this problem ,in rhinocam1 it was very easy by making a groub

but it wont work in rhinocam2 so you have to make a new layer
    of all the text then
go to rhinocam region selection tap and press select by layer button from selection button and choose the curves layer .

another way is selecting the curves before creating procedure.

Hello all the world I am a beginner on rhino and I have a problem on rhinocam that I do not arrive has to resolve. For example.
    On rhinocam cut level z = -3 and on the g-code z = -13
    On rhinocam cut level z = -4 and on the g-code z = -14
    On rhinocam cut level z = -5 and on the g-code z = -15
Note although all my works are in metrics.

    cut depth

First thing you have to check if the draw is on the top c-plane on z zero
you can look at it from the front screen

if not check the cutting depth in cutting levels
so if you want to cut 20mm depth each time 2mm it should look like :

    total cut depth : 20
    rough depth : 20
    rough depth/cut : 2

Create MCS first and set it to south-west-top of stock
I suggest you create MOP1, and set MCS in it
