    XR4-stock models??

Hi all, can anyone tell me ,in XR4 can you use your own stock models when simulating toolpaths instead of the create stock from boundary etc. What i mean is we do work from castings and semi-finished castings where certain areas we are cutting may have been roughed out previously. It would be nice to see where the tools are in relation to this. Maybe they need to be imported like you can with fixture models. Please let me know. We have had a demo from our dealer, only there was so much to go through all the questions werent answered/ or asked.
    Thank,
    Keith.

Yes you can simulate from a solid STOCK model in Expert version.
