The cost of making one vs a manufacturer of these is probably going to be way over.

Yeah, I just made my own waterblock a few days ago. Putting the finishing touches on it, but I will let you know whether I'm willing to sell these.

Its not likely enough, got a mill to convert in in less than 3 weeks... then I am off to college.
It will be a spur of the moment thing and around $50 for mine, I have a design I had worked on for a while that performs quite good but never could get someone to test it for me.
