    Mopar Madness !

Looking to get 6 parts made of either aluminum or stainless. What I need is a tapered pentastar ( pentagon ) tapering from (inscribed in a 1" circle to inscribed in a 5/8" circle ) 3" long. Can have 1/4" holes in each end. I made a jig that makes the thing perfect out of wood but tried cutting the aluminum and it was a nightmare. Seems like it would be simple enough if I had the right type of mill. What these are going to be is the Turn signal lever knob, the oil dipstick and the transmission dipstick handles and the tilt knob ( and 2 spares just in case) for my 1932 Plymouth street rod. I can do the machining on my lathe to finish them off. I can furnish an ACAD drawing or a wood model. Thanx in advance !

is this what you are looking for?
1" inscribe to 5/8 inscribed... (measured to the points)

i will buff the 5/8 edges...
2 per length... one on each end
you can part off if you wish or i can do it...

we could put 0.05" rads along the long edges or around the 5/8 end...
    or bigger/smaller

if you are interested... email me...
