9 x 20 Lathe Gears Broken... Where to buy new ?

Today I had two gear break on me and wanted to know if anyone here could recommend where to get new ones from....

It's a Harbor Freight 9 x 20 lathe, about 4 years old and no warranty left. I'm hoping I can buy better gears than what came with, as well as keeping the same pitch (?) so that all feeds are still correct....

Here are a some pics to show what's going on

Last is this gear rack and which I believe is a worm gear needed if I want to convert this to cnc ?

By any chance is that the same machine (with a different paint job) as a Grizzly G4000? They call it a 9 x 19, but it may possibly be the same as the 9 x 20.

If so, Grizzly has a parts list on their site as well as a parts order form.

See the following for more info:

I hope so because finding them thru Harbor Freight is a joke. I guess this is why the Grizzly cost more.....

    Can anyone confirm this ?

Can't go wrong with Little Machine Shop! I've been to their shop - very professional outfit and they'll do you right (IF they have your parts).

    LittleMachineShop.com - Replacement Parts

Grizzly is also an option, but if I were in that position I'd give LMS a call first.

I cut gears for my screw cutting train using a Nylon material...about 10 years ago now, and they're still going OK.
